Sauna and cold exposure can support circulation, muscle recovery, stress reduction, and mental clarity. The contrast between heat and cold helps stimulate blood flow, which many people find both energizing and deeply relaxing.
Regular use may also support better sleep, reduced inflammation, and an overall sense of balance in the body. Beyond the physical benefits, many guests describe the experience as a mental reset—a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves.
Not at all. Beginners are welcome. We’ll guide you on timing, temperature, and how to ease into the experience safely.
Our outdoor Finnish cedar sauna is between 185°F and 195°F. The cold plunges are maintained between 40°F to 50°F.
Most guests follow a cycle of 10–20 minutes in the sauna and 1–3 minutes in the cold plunge, repeated 2–4 times. Always listen to your body—there’s no “right” way.
Take time to rest, hydrate, and let your body return to a comfortable baseline before your next round. Many guests enjoy simply sitting, breathing, and soaking in the moment between sessions.
For most healthy individuals, yes. As with any wellness practice, it’s important to listen to your body and move at your own pace. If you have any medical conditions—such as heart concerns or pregnancy—we recommend checking with your healthcare provider beforehand.
We recommend bringing a swimsuit, towel, water bottle, and sandals for your session.
Optional items like a robe, electrolytes, or a cozy layer for after your session can help make the experience even more comfortable.
For your convenience, we also offer a small selection of items available for purchase, including water (still and sparkling), extra towels, sauna hats, and branded apparel.
You can also enhance your session with optional add-ons, such as leg compression boots or massage guns, available to rent with your reservation.
Most guests leave feeling relaxed, clear-headed, and refreshed. The combination of heat and cold often creates a sense of both calm and gentle energy, like a full-body reset.
It’s also common to feel pleasantly tired or deeply at ease afterward, especially later in the day. Many people report better sleep, reduced muscle tension, and an overall sense of balance that can last well beyond the session.
